Francoise Oklaga (1924–1991) was a visual artist based in Qamani’tuaq (Baker Lake), Nunavut, who created illustrations, textile works, carvings, and printmaking. Born on Southampton Island, she moved to Qamani’tuaq with her husband in 1975.
